From the moment you step up to La Rubia, you’ll feel like you’ve been transported straight to a Havana café — and after one sip, you’ll know this place is special. I recently had the chance to stop by and try what I think was a black coffee (some kind of Cuban brew), and let me tell you, I’ve never had coffee so good. My first thought was, “I’m going to have to come in the mornings before work,” because once you experience it, you’ll say the same thing.
